Returns And Exchanges
At Rae hair, We value our customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us!
At RAE we offer a 12-month guaranteed warranty from date of purchase against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Not covered by this guarantee are damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping of the product or deliberate misuse.
In the event of a defective product, we will replace your item with a new one. Refunds will not be issued as part of the manufacturers guarantee, only replacements.
All orders are processed right away. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund minus shipping cost will be issued once the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse and a return has been initiated with customer service.
At Rae hair, we value our customers, and your satisfaction is particularly important to us! We will gladly accept your returned order within 30 days from the date you received the order. Simply contact customer service at Contact@raehair.com and we will be happy to assist you.
SALE ITEMS as well as purchases older than 30 days will not be eligible for returns. It is important to note that all items purchased using a promotion, sale or coupon code are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Should you choose to return a Final Sale item, we reserve the right to apply a 30% restocking fee if the item is sent back in good condition.
Returned to sender or lost packages
We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information.
RAE does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, undeliverable/misdelivered for house moving or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect information.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please have your return ship to the following address,

For your protection we recommend you ship you ship the item/s in cardboard boxes with traceable delivery method. RAE does not take responsibility for any lost package in transit.
We are a USA based company and ship primarily from the United States. Rae is not responsible for any additional fees you might incur from making a USA based purchase. In the event you wish not to pay these additional fees impressed upon you by your country of residence, you are still responsible for returning the product to us in order to potentially be eligible to receive a refund.
